In our private wine cellar, guests will feast on five Campania inspired courses by Executive Chef Gary Osiol while they sip on expert pairings of Campania wines from the Terredora di Paolo winery. Jim Hutton of VIAS IMPORTS LTD will be making a special guest appearance offering his knowledge and wisdom of wine for sixteen exclusive guests.
