NAMI Keystone Pennsylvania, in collaboration with City of Asylum, is pleased to announce a new author series titled, "Stories That Heal." This free monthly event features local authors who have written books about their experience with mental illness. Authors will read excerpts from their book and participate in a Q&A session with opportunities for audience questions.
May's event will feature K. Rose Quayle, author of "Look Left, Walk Green"!

About the Author
K. Rose Quayle writes on the chaos of mental illness in a world that prizes order and self-control. First committed at the age of 15, she embraces bipolar disorder and deli...ghts in the humor of being crazy. In her spare time, she also writes a blog on 1980s nostalgia and is the author/ illustrator of the Little Quail and Friends series.
Note: The sidewalk coming from Federal Street isn't accessible due to construction barriers. Please use Reddour Street instead for accessibility needs, as this entrance is equipped with ramps and accessible automatic doors.
